RULES
- The event comprises 5 tournaments:
Master: Elo Fide-FSI more than 1899 (on 2000/07/01), National A: for Elo 1700-1899, National B: for Elo 1699-1600, National C: for Elo less than 1600, Beginners: no Elo
- For the pairing in the Master and Nationals tournaments it will be used the Swiss system, in the Beginners tournament the Italian Swiss system.
- Mr. Lanfranco Bombelli will be the President of the arbitrator team
- The event is able to vary Elo in respect to Fide rules.
- The foreign chessplayers have to show a certificate of the pertaining Federation to evidence the category.
- Entry: £. 60.000 for all , £. 30.000 for Under 16, woman and Beginners' tournament. It's free for GM, IM, FM.
- The prizes are not cumulative and not divisible.
- In tie situation prices will be awarded by Bucholz Italian variant.
- The time for all tournaments is 2 hours quick play finish.
- The rules of International regulation of FIDE are valid for all situations not included in this display
- The subscription implies the unconditional acceptance of the rules in this display.
- The Organization may make modifications, if these are necessary for the best proceeding of the event.
Expense reimbursements 30 millions Italian liras about.
