The 3rd International Open "CITTÀ DI CASTELLANETA" will be held from 29-31 August 1999. Live games from the top 3 boards in each round will be shown in FICS. A total of 6 rounds will be played (2 rounds per day). The first and second rounds of the day start at 0700 GMT (0200 server time) and 1400 GMT (0900 server time) respectively. The 6th round, however, will start at 1300 GMT (0800 server time).
